Training
Private Lessons – for basic obedience commands (sit, stay, down, come), leash walking, good manners, and common problem solving such as housebreaking, jumping, barking, crate training, etc). Lessons are approx 1 hr. Multiple lessons are required to cover several commands or address problem behaviors. Lessons are conducted at owner's home (travel charges may apply based on distance).
Board & Train – (2 weeks minimum) while boarding, your dog can learn basic obedience commands and good manners, while receiving additional socialization This program is geared towards younger dogs and those without serious behavioral problems. Common problems such as jumping, pulling on leash and housebreaking are also addressed. Upon pickup, owner is required to attend a final lesson, so techniques can be explained and demonstrated. It is critical to dog's training success that owner remain consistent with proper training techniques.
Training methods are based on an understanding of how animals learn and how dogs communicate. Training is geared to using voice commands, and helping owners communicate with their dogs Training techniques are modified to suit the individual needs of the dog..
